Experiente neplacute (p. 2)

Continua povestea. Vineri, 24 martie, a venit un tip de la firma DPD si am facut o reclamatie in legatura cu pachetul primit. Am facut o copie dupa ea si am trimis-o celor de la Pixmania.

Raspunsul lor a venit foarte prompt si se pare ca totul se va rezolva cat de repede posibil. Mai jos aveti mesajul primit de la Pixmania.

Hi Mr Radu,

Thank you for the proof from DPD that you sent us. I already sent it to the department dealing with DPD.
I would like to inform you that we opened the investigation on the side of DPD on 22/03/2007. As soon as we have its result, we will inform you right away in order to close this case and to be able to send you a new product.

Please accept our apologies for the situation. We will try to solve it in the shortest delay.
